- Appointment will be made on a contract basis.
- Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
- Government employees must apply through the proper channel with an NOC.
- Degrees and diplomas must be recognized by HEC, Technical Boards, or PEC (where applicable).
- Reserved quotas will be observed according to Government policy.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the test or interview.
- PAC reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel any advertised vacancy without assigning any reason.
