Qualification:
- BA/B.Sc. or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
Physical Standards:
- Minimum Height: 5 feet 7 inches for male candidates and 5 feet 2 inches for female candidates.

- Endurance Test: Male candidates must complete a 1-mile run within 7 minutes, while female candidates must complete it within 10 minutes.
2. Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) – BS-11

Quota Distribution
The advertised vacancies are distributed among Open Merit, ICT, Punjab, Sindh (Rural), Sindh (Urban), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, NA/FATA, AJK and GB, with separate allocations for general, women and minority candidates where applicable.
Mandatory Documents
Candidates will be required to produce the following original documents at the time of interview:
- CNIC issued by NADRA
- Academic certificates
- Domicile certificate
- Two passport-size photographs with blue background
- Affidavit duly countersigned by the respective Deputy Commissioner for candidates applying against the minority (non-Muslim) quota.

Eligible candidates must apply online only through the official recruitment portals:

Applications must be submitted within 15 days of publication of the advertisement. The closing date for applications is 02 September 2026.
Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an application processing and testing fee of Rs. 2,000 per application/per post. The fee can be paid through 1Link-1Bill using a bank, ATM, internet banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, U Paisa or TimePay against the 24-digit PSID generated through the online application portal. The fee is non-refundable.
Candidates applying for more than one post must pay the prescribed fee separately for each post. However, candidates applying for multiple posts will be required to undergo the physical test only once.
Important Instructions
- Applications submitted by hand, courier, or through any method other than the prescribed online portal will not be accepted.
- No hard copies of documents, photographs or application forms are required to be submitted before the interview.
- No relaxation in height, chest or age will be granted.
- Candidates must provide accurate information. False information may result in cancellation of the application and legal proceedings.
- Candidates must disclose any involvement in criminal cases and submit the prescribed undertaking/affidavit.
- Government employees meeting the eligibility criteria must apply through the proper channel.
- Candidates applying under the family-claim category must provide the required supporting documents at the interview.
- Character and academic antecedents of selected candidates will be verified.
- Candidates may select two test centres in order of preference through the application portal; however, the final test centre will be decided by ICT Police.
- Candidates appearing for the endurance test should wear suitable sports shoes and carry drinking water.
- Candidates are responsible for obtaining a medical examination before the endurance test.
- Only candidates who qualify the required physical/endurance and computer-based or written tests will proceed to the interview stage.

The Departmental Recruitment Board may again verify candidates’ physical standards at the interview stage. Final selection is subject to the prescribed medical examination and verification of character and academic credentials.
