Punjab Mineral Development Corporation (Punjmin) has announced Jobs 2026 for qualified and experienced candidates. Applications are invited for multiple vacancies under the Punjmin Himalayan Pink Salt (PHS) Project. These positions are initially offered on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on project requirements. Vacancies are available for both the PHS Project Office and the Business Facilitation Center & Retail Outlet Hub.

Qualification & Experience
- PHS Coordinator: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management Sciences, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Project Management, Fine Arts, Art & Design, Craft Development, Product Design, or a related HEC-recognized discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
- Finance Officer: 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Marketing & Business Development Officer: Bachelor’s (16 years education) in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Commerce, or related field with at least 3 years of experience.
- Research Development & Quality Assurance Associate: Bachelor’s (16 years education) in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Supply Chain Associate: Intermediate (12 years education). Fresh candidates and those with up to 2 years of procurement, inventory, or supply chain experience may apply.
- Store Support Associate: Intermediate with computer literacy. Candidates having up to 3 years of storekeeping or inventory management experience will be preferred.
- Sales Associate: Intermediate with computer literacy. Candidates having up to 1 year of sales or customer service experience may apply.
- Outlet Manager: Bachelor’s (16 years education) in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Commerce, or related discipline with at least 3 years of retail or outlet management experience.
- Attendant: Middle Pass and physically fit.
- Security Guard: Valid arms licence with proficiency in handling licensed weapons. Retired Armed Forces personnel will be preferred.
- Driver: Valid LTV/HTV driving licence with at least 3 years of verified driving experience.
Terms & Conditions
- Appointments are purely on a contract/project basis and do not confer any right to regular employment.
- Initial contract duration is six months, extendable depending on project requirements.
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in mining, minerals, value addition, retail, or export-oriented projects.
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Government and Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel and produce a valid NOC at the time of interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
- The number of vacancies may be increased, decreased, postponed, or cancelled without assigning any reason.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
