The Government of Balochistan, Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department invites applications from and experienced individuals having local/domicile of Balochistan for the following positions on contract basis for a period of one year for its Project Management Unit (PMU) for implementation of “COVID-19 and others calamities’.
| Job | Qualification |
| Project Director | Master Degree in Social Sciences/MPH. Having 15 years experience of management and policy. Preference will given to candidates of health department or having experience of health related issues. This is an internal vacancy. |
| Executive Engineer | Having B.Sc Engineering in Civil from HEC recognized University/ Institute with at least 7 years experience in the relevant field/Retired employees of Govt. Institute can also apply. |
| Bio-Medical Engineer | B.Sc/B.S (Bio-Medical Engineering or (Bio-Medical Engineering Technology) from HEC recognized University OR B.Sc (Electronic or Electrical Engineering from a HEC recognized University. Having 3 years experience in the field of medical equipment. |
| Assistant Engineer | Bachelor Degree or 16 years education in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical from a HEC recognized University/Institute. Having 4 years experience in the relevant field. |
| IT Officer/ Database Developer | 2nd Class B.S/B.Sc in Computer Science/IT/BBIT/Software Engineering from HEC recognized University, 3 years experience. |
| Sub Engineer | 2nd Class Diploma of Associate Engineering or equivalent qualification in Civil or Electrical Technology. |
| Office Assistant | 2nd Class Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification from a HEC recognized University |
| File Keeper | 2nd Class Intermediate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/Institute. Having knowledge of computer, MS Word, MS Excel etc. |
| Driver | Having a driving license with 4 Years experience. |
1) The above positions are offered purely on contract basis initially for one year .ii) The Age of the candidate will be calculated on the last date of submission of application. iii) The candidates having Local/Domicile of Balochistan shall only be eligible to apply. iv) No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview .v) These vacancies are post-specific and non-transferable.vi) The department reserve the right to increase, decreased or abolish any post or all the posts at any time without any notice. vii) The department has the right to accept/reject or cancel an application or whole recruitment process at any time without any notice/justification. viii) Candidate already working in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies may apply through proper channel. ix) Incomplete applications or applications received after due date/closing of office hours on the last date for submission of application will not be entertained. x) In case of large number of candidates, the department reserve the right to decide upon any threshold marks/ ratio of candidate vis-Ã -vis to be further considered in the recruitment Process/interview. xi) Only short listed candidates shall be called for a final interview. xii) Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to dis-qualification of the candidate. xiii) Candidate shall produce all original documents, alongwith a set of attested photocopies of all relevant (verifiable) documents, at the date/time of interview to be communicated. xiv)Applications alongwith CV and attested copies of educational and experience certificates, CNIC and three (3) recent photograph may reach this office on or before 18th July, 2021 on following address:-Planning Cell, Room No.2, 2nd Floor, Block-9, Balochistan Civil Secretariat Quetta
