Health Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites applications from qualified candidates for appointment on Management Position (MP) Scales salary Package under the “Social Health Protection Initiative” for the following positions:

Name of  Position Qualification/Experience
Chief Executive Officer  * MBBS/BDS with Masters In Public Health (MPH)/ Masters in Health Policy & Management (HPM) or any other equivalent qualification from a HEC recognized institute. * At least 16-year work experience in Health Sector including minimum 05 years experience in designing and implementation of Health Insurance and Health Care Financing.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English with an equally good command over communication, report writing and analytical skills.
* Publications and presentation of papers/attendance of national and international conferences and seminars in the relevant field would be given preference.
Director  Operations  * Masters in Management Sciences. Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Public Health or any other equivalent qualification from a HEC/PMDC recognized institute.
* At least 12-years work experience in social sectors including minimum 05 years managerial experience in healthcare financing and Human Resource Management.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English with an equally good command over communication, report writing and analytical skills.
Director Insurance  *MBBS/BDS with Masters in Public Health (MPH) / Masters in Health Policy & Management (11PM), Master in Health Economics or any other equivalent qualification from a HEC/PMDC recognized institute.
* At least 12 years working experience in health sector. Experience in Healthcare Financing, Health Insurance and Quality Management in Health Sector will be preferred.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English with an equally good command over communication, report writing and analytical skills.
* Publications and presentation of papers/attendance of national and international conference and seminars in the relevant field would be given preference.
Director M&E  * Master’s in Public Health (MPH), Masters in Management Sciences, Masters in Health Economics or any other equivalent qualification from a NEC recognized institute.
* Having 12-year work experience in social sectors including at least 05 years experience in Monitoring and Evaluation preferably in Social sector.
* Work experience in Healthcare Financing/ Health Insurance will be preferred.
* Excellent command of written and spoken English, Urdu and Pashto. Good command over communication, and having strong analytical abilities and report writing skills.
* Able to travel frequently to remote project locations.
Manager Admn: & Finance  * Master’s In Business Administration, M.Com, Masters in Public Administration or any other equivalent qualification, recognized by HEC.
*At least 08 years’ experience in the relevant field (Administration, Financing, Auditing and Budgeting).
* Excellent command of written and spoken English with an equally good command over communication, report writing, having analytical skills and understanding of government procedures & rules.
* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.).
Manager  Empanelment  & Quality Assurance  * MBBS/BDS with Masters in Public Health (MPH), Masters in Health Policy & Management (HPM). Master In Health Economics or any other equivalent qualification from a HEC recognized institute. * At least 8 years’ working experience in health sector. Work experience in healthcare financing/ health Insurance will be preferred.
* Should have research background in healthcare financing/ insurance / empanelment and quality and Publications in journal(s).
* Excellent command of written and spoken English with an equally good command over communication, report writing and analytical skills.
Manager  M&E  * Masters in Management Sciences/Business Administration, Master pegree in Public Health or any other equivalent qualification from a HEC recognized institute. * At least 08 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation preferably in Social sector.
*Work experience In Healthcare Financing/ Health Insurance will be preferred. *Excellent command of written and spoken English, Urdu and Pashto.
* Good command over communication and having strong analytical abilities and report writing skills.
* Able to travel frequently to remote project locations
Big Data Analyst  * MS, MCS or equivalent qualification from IIEC recognized University
* At least 8 years’ Proven working experience of interpretation and analyzing big data.
* Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development data mining and segmentation techniques.
* Strong knowledge and experience of reporting packages (Business Objects etc.). databases (SQl. etc.).
*Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datascts (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.).
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
Advocacy & Communication Specialist  * Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism. Sociology or any other related field from a University recognized by HEC
* At least 08 years’ experience in designing and implementing advocacy and awareness campaigns in public and/or private sector projects.
*Ability to express clearly and concisely ideas and concepts in written and oral form.
* Knowledge of computer systems and applications including interactive digital media.
* Ability to effectively manage relationships with media representatives, government officials. * Fluency in written and spoken English and Urdu.
Procurement & Contract Management Specialist  * Master degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Contract Management or Supply Chain Management etc.
* At least 08 years’ experience in procurement of goods and or contract management
* Knowledge of computer systems and applications including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.
* Well versed in English and Urdu. * Good communication and report writing skills.
