The Bean of Cocoa can simply be called as Cocoa (/ˈkoʊ.koʊ/) or Cacao (/kəˈkaʊ/) is dry and completely ferment bean of Cacao of Theobroma, from that solid of bean and butter of Cocoa are produced. The well-known food i.e. Mole Sauce and Tejate are produced and made from the Cocoa with many other Mesoamerican Foods.

To Cocoa powdered, the dried powder form is made by crushing Cocoa plant seeds and eliminating the Cocoa butter from the dark part of the bean, nasty Cocoa solids; or to an assortment of Cocoa powdered and Cocoa butter.
