MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

i) Graduate from a recognized University; and
ii) Three years’ service as Head Constable or Assistant Sub Inspector in the functional unit.
Note:-
Only the Head Constable and Assistant Sub Inspector recruited in District Police on Permanent Basis (Either Serving in Districts or in Borrowing Units / Organizations on transfer or Deputation) are eligible to apply against the post of their concerned Regions.
i. Relaxation in Age and Qualification shall not be granted in any case.
ii. In case of employees of District Police working in other Units on Deputation or Borrowing Basis, they will be required to submit Deputation / Borrowing Orders at the time of Interview.
iii. The Service Certificate must be signed and stamped by the District Police Officer (DPO) / City Police Officer (CPO) / Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) of the concerned Region.

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION
One Paper MCQs Type Written Test of 100 marks (90 minutes duration) comprising following subjects;
a) General Knowledge (20%)
General Knowledge will comprise Pakistan Affairs, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, Islamic Studies (Ethics for Non-Muslim Candidates), Fundamental Rights, Geography, Basic Math and Urdu.
b) English (40%)
Synonyms, Antonyms, Sentence Correction / Completion, One word substation and Idioms.
c) I.T and Language Comprehension (40%)
Usage of Basic Software like M.S Office, Electronic Record Keeping, Internet, E-mail etc.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Graduate (Second Division or Equivalent grade) from a recognized University; and having following physical standards:
Height for Male 5’7” (170.18cm); for Female 5’2” (157.48cm);
Chest for Male 33” -34½” ; and
Visual Standards Distant vision-6/9 in eye with or without glasses, and near vision not less than J-1 for both male and female.
AGE Male: 20 to 25 Year
Female: 20 to 25 Year

PHYSICAL STANDARDS
For Male (i) Height 5 feet 7 inches (170.18cm) (ii) Chest 33”-34½” inches. for Female (i) Height 5 feet 2 inches (157.48cm)
Visual Standards: Distant Vision 6/9 in each eye with or without glasses. Near Vision not less than J-1 for both Male and Female.
Candidates are required to mention Physical Standard in their Online Application Form as per Certificate of Physical Standard issued by the Medical Superintendent of District Headquarters Hospitals or Service Hospital, Lahore or Police Hospitals shall be accepted under the Regulations/Policy Decisions. However, Medical Fitness Certificate issued within three (03) months prior to the closing date of the Announcement shall be acceptable subject to the condition that the candidate fulfills all other requirements of Physical Standards prescribed for the post. Medical Certificate issued after the closing date and revision in Physical Standards after the closing date shall not be accepted. Tempered Medical Certificate is not acceptable.
