Senior Vice President (Operations)
Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration, Agriculture, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Commerce or any equivalent relevant degree from HEC recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum Fifteen (15) years working experience in any Bank/DFIs/FIs.
- Candidate having working experience of Middle Management level or above is eligible for this
- Candidates working/worked as Zonal / Area Managers or equivalent positions would be given
Positions Vacant at:
Candidates belonging to same geographical areas or working experience especially in following cities and its surroundings are eligible to apply:

Major Responsibilities:
- Marketing / Business:
- Development of business of Branches according to overall business targets goals of the bank on a regular
- Achievement of Disbursement, Recovery of Agri loans, Deposit, Profit and other business targets of the Zone /
- Operations:
- Manage all administrative, human resource, logistic and operational needs pertaining to branches/offices.
- Review and monitor rectification progress of internal, external and Regulatory Audit reports for branches/offices.
- Coordinate with IT Division to review and implement IT solutions at branches/offices.
- Development of an effective mechanism to manage and control the field operations through regular branches
- Identification of the gaps in operational areas to improve overall banking operations.
- Maintain financial discipline according to Bank’s standing
- Coordinate with Risk Management to address Operational Risk at
- Identification of new opportunities for opening and relocation of
- Implementation / Compliance with all rules / regulations of SBP / Bank in field operations including AML/CFT/KYC
- Implementation of quality assurance standards in Branches/Zonal
- Review and evaluate financial and operational performance of branches/offices.
- Human Resource:
- Engage workforce for higher productivity and lead team of Branch Managers and
- Identify training needs of the staff working in Branches / Zonal
- Must have strong communication

Assistant Vice President (Home Remittances)
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, ACCA or any equivalent relevant degree from HEC recognized
Experience:
- Minimum eight (08) years working experience in any Bank/DFI/FIs, out of which at least 05 years exclusively in the field of Home Remittances Operations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Marketing / Business:
- Establishing relations with new Tie-ups, and co-ordination with existing business
- Timely provide responses/feedback to the partners and resolve the complaint on priority
- Liaison with Customers / Branches/ Other Department/Other Banks / Exchange Companies and
- Operations:
- Handle the Home Remittance Operations and
- Development of an effective mechanism to manage and control the field operations through regular branches follow-ups.
- Identification of the gaps in operational areas to improve overall Home Remittance operations
- Implementation / Compliance with all rules / regulations of SBP / Bank in the department and field
- Implementation of quality assurance standards in the
- Assist subordinates and field staff in the transactions and
- Timely submission of internal and external reports and
- Effective team building, coaching and
- Maintaining complaint free behavior
- Custodian of departmental file/record
- Follow-up with SBP/Business Partners for claim, approvals and other related
- Interaction with Internal Teams (Business/ IT/ Finance etc.) for any development/enhancement in system and the
- Ensure AML/CFT and Compliance requirements local and international both.
- Assist & provide record to internal/external and SBP Auditors as & when
- Any other responsibility assigned by the superiors.
Officer Grade I (Home Remittances)
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, ACCA or any equivalent relevant degree from HEC recognized
- Experience:
- Minimum five (05) years working experience in any Bank/DFI/FIs, out of which at least 03 years exclusively in the field of Home Remittances Operations.
Major Responsibilities:
- Marketing / Business:
- Increase the existing business by implementing the new ideas and strategies.
- Effective business partners and internal and external customer
- Implement the marketing plans in achieving the
- Operations:
- Assist the field staff and process the transactions related to Home Remittances in compliance with the regulation and AML/CFT
- Reconciliation of GLs and accounts related to Home
- Close coordination with Branches for documentation completion in respect of Home
- Handling and record keeping of file, folders and circulars.
- Maintenance and updation of the daily, weekly and monthly reports in respect of Home Remittances.
- Positive internal audit rating with low incidents of audit
- Adherence to ZTBL policies and procedures
- Ensure thoroughly checking and filing of all related system generated reports with 100%
- Implementation / Compliance with all rules / regulations of SBP / Bank in the department and field
- Timely submission of internal and external reports and
- Maintaining complaint free behavior
- Ensure AML/CFT and Compliance requirements local and international both.
- Any other responsibility assigned by the superiors.
Officer Grade II (Home Remittances)
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, ACCA or any equivalent relevant degree from HEC recognized
- Experience:
- Minimum three (03) years experience in any Bank/DFI/FIs, out of which at least 01 year exclusively in the field of Home Remittances Operations.

- Effective business partners and internal and external customer
- Implement the marketing plans in achieving the

- Assist the field staff related to system related matters and process the transactions of Home Remittances in compliance with the regulation and AML/CFT
