NITB intends to recruit following competent and experienced professionals / project staff under a PSDP project on contract basis

 PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Qualifications/ Experience:
Degree in Information Technology /Business Administration or any related field (at least 16 years of education) with 15 years of combined experience with minimum of 10 years of private sector experience in the Information Technology domain with a focus on policies and standard setting, At least five years’ experience holding a management and leadership role.

Knowledge of standards and policies used in the international IT industry.

GENERAL MANAGER STANDARDS & POLICIES

Qualifications/ Experience:

Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or any related field (at least 16 years of education) with minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Security / Cybersecurity domain or other IT related domains with focus on policies and standard setting used in international IT industry.

GENERAL MANAGER TESTING AND AUDIT

Qualifications/ Experience:

Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any related field (at least 16 years of education) with minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT Quality Assurance domain. Experience of working in conducting audits, software and system documentation.

GENERAL MANAGER CERTIFICATION & PRODUCT TRAINING

Qualifications/ Experience:

Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or any related field (at least 16 years of education) with minimum of 10 years of combined experience in IT field with focus on product development. Knowledge of certifications used in the international IT industry.

GENERAL MANAGER ADMIN & FINANCE

Qualifications/ Experience:

Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business Administration or any related field (at least 16 years of education) with 10 years of relevant experience in public or private sector organization. Technology savvy with experience in management and administration role. At least three years’ of experience in administration of an organization or project.

DIRECTOR ADMIN & FINANCE

Qualifications/ Experience:

Degree in Accounting / Finance/ Business Administration or any related field (at least 16 years of education) with 07 years of relevant experience in public or private sector organization.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Qualifications/ Experience:

Degree in Computer science/ Information science/Business Administration or any related field (at least 16 years of education) with 07 years of relevant experience in public or private sector organization. Minimum three years of experience of project coordination and execution.
