Assistant Controller (For PU Jhelum Campus Non-Transferrable)	MA/ MSc/ MBA / LLB / BS (Hons) (second division) or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education from an HEC recognized University /Institution.
Assistant Controller (For PU Gujranwala Campus Non- Transferrable)	MA/ MSc/ MBA / LLB / BS (Hons) (second division) or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education from an HEC recognized University /Institution.
Assistant Medical Officer (For PU Jhelum Campus Non-Transferrable)	MBBS (first division) with specialization of (Gastro / Cardio / Medicine / ENT / Ortho) from an institute or a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and Registered with the Pakistan Medical Council. One year regular house job.

Medical Lab. Technologist (MLT)	BS Hons (second division) in the relevant Allied Health Sciences Discipline or equivalent qualification in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University / Institution.
Assistant Director Sports (For PU Jhelum Campus Non-Transferrable)	Master’s degree or BS (Hons) (second division) in Sports Sciences or Physical Education or equivalent qualification from an institute or a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
Administrative Officer (For PU Jhelum Campus Non-Transferrable)	MA/ MSc/ MBA / LLB / BS (Hons) (second division) or equivalent qualification in the relevant field from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
Assistant Network Administrator (For PU Jhelum Campus Non-Transferrable)	BSCS (4 years), BS IT (4 years), BS SE (4 years), MCS, MSc IT (second division) or equivalent qualification in the relevant field from an institute ora university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. And Three years’ experience in the relevant field.
Assistant Software Engineer	BS CS (4 years), BS IT (4 years), BS SE (4 years), MCS, MSc IT (second division) or equivalent qualification in the relevant field from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. And Three years’ experience in the relevant field.
Nurse	Diploma in Nursing Recognized and Registered by the Punjab Nursing council; and Two years’ experience in Government or Autonomous Hospital. Candidate having experience of working in I.C.0 and C.C.0 may be preferred.
Computer Supervisor	BSCS (4 years), BS IT (4 years), BS SE (4 years), MCS, MSc IT (second division) or equivalent qualification in the relevant field from an institute or a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission. Three years’ experience in the relevant field.
Senior Stenographer (For PU Jhelum Campus Non-Transferrable)	Master degree or BS (second division) in any discipline from an institute or a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and Five years’ post qualification experience in relevant field; 100 words per minute in shorthand; and 40 words per minute typing speed in English on computer.
Assistant (For PU Jhelum Campus Non-Transferrable)	BA / B.Sc (second division) or equivalent qualification from an institute or a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission; and Five years office experience.
Transport Supervisor	F.A./F.Sc. (second division) or equivalent qualification; and Three years’ experience in relevant field
Junior Technician	Matric Science (second division) or equivalent qualification with one-year Diploma of Dispenser/Laboratory / ECG / Radiographer/ Dental approved by Punjab medical faculty. 01-year relevant experience.
Electrician (For PU Jhelum Campus Non-Transferrable)	Matric (second division) or equivalent qualification with certificate of Electrician form a recognized Institution; and Two years’ experience in relevant field.
Technical Support Assistant	FA/FSc (second division) or equivalent qualification; and Two years’ experience in the relevant field in a public/private sector organization of large IT setup of Troubleshooting PCs network including internet, ducting and cabling, installing windows OS and different Software. Assisting Network/Database Admin in day to day working.
Network Support Assistant	FA/F.Sc (second division) or equivalent qualification; and Two years’ experience in the relevant field in a public/private sector organization of large IT setup of Troubleshooting/ performance specially labs environment, ducting and cabling, installing windows OS and different Software. Assisting Network/Database Admin in day to day working.
Junior Proof Reader	Matric well versed in Proof reading in English, Urdu,Menu Scripts.
Time Keeper	Matric (second division) or equivalent qualification. And Three years’ experience in relevant field.
Photocopy Machine Operator	Matric (second division) or equivalent qualification with certificate in relevant field; and Three years’ experience in relevant field. Should be skilled in operating copy printing machine. Should be capable of cleaning and re-assembling various pads of machine.
Armed Guard (For PU Jhelum Campus Non-Transferrable)	• Ex-army men belong to SSG or Armed Core Infantry, Art-Alary & Military Police. • Matric • Height 5 feet 5 Inch (Minimum) Chest width 34-36 (Minimum) (approved by the Senateon 04-06-2020)

Social Media Manager	Job Description Content Uploading and Sharing, SEO, SMM, Channel Art, Website Maintenance, Job Criterion Masters Degree in Mass Communication with specialization in Digital Media minimum second division. ( Preference will be given to individuals with experience of social media management and additional knowledge of IT.
Production Controller	Job Description Managing Production Matters and Logistics, Scheduling, Attendance, Office Dealing, Monitoring Job Criterion Masters in Mass Communication with at least second division. (Preference will be given to individuals having prior experience of managing transmission of Television channels.

Terms & Conditions:

The extension in service for Sr. No. 31 to 35 will be subject to performance report and availability of funds.

General age relaxation of maximum five (5) years in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab, S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/8 1 dated 04-11-2006.
Only short listed candidates will be called for test/ interview.
Already in service applicants should apply through proper channel and submit No objection certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority, showing that the department will have no objection to relieve, if the applicant is selected.
The University reserves the rights to increase/ decrease the number of advertised posts or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
The advertisement can be viewed on pu.edu.pk along with a bank challan to deposit in the Habib Bank for Sr. No. 01 to 09 worth Rs. 2000/-, Sr. No. 10 to 15 worth Rs. 1500/-, Sr. No.16 to 20 worth Rs. 500/-, and for Sr. No. 21 to 30 worth Rs. 300/- non refundable (Postal Order/ Bank Draft shall not be considered).
Quotas will be observed as per policy.
