Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division, Cabinet Secretariat, Government of Pakistan intends to hire the services of following professionals having relevant qualifications and experience from recognized universities on contractual basis under the PSDP Project titled “Ehsaas Tahafuz Program”, a technology enabled precision safety net. Interested candidates may apply for the following posts to be filled purely on contract basis.

Director Medical Services MBBS, FCPS, or equivalent degree from a recognized university/institute. At least 07 years of relevant experience in a social welfare, non-profit organization managing welfare, social inclusion/health financing roles in with in a company, hospital or any organization of similar kind. Experience in Public Sector will be preferred.
Director (Admin & Finance) Master / Bachelor (Hons) equivalent from a recognized university in Management Sciences / Business Studies in Finance or IFM /ACCA / ICMA. At least 07 years of progressively advanced work experience finance and advance financial management and financial techniques. The candidate must know the financial rules and regulation of Government of Pakistan (i-e Finance, AGPR, CGA, AGP, Planning & Finance)
Deputy Director Communication Master / Bachelor (Hons) degree from a recognized university in mass communication, media or related field At least 05 years of experience in the field of mass communication, print and electronic media, Social media, IT skills are highly desirable. Strong proficiency in English and Urdu. Relevant experience in the public sector of Pakistan will be preferred.
Assistant Director Admin Master / Bachelor (Hons) degree from a recognized university in Management, Business Administration or related field. At least 03 years of experience in the field of Administration or related field. Relevant experience in the public sector of Pakistan will be preferred.
Facilitation Officer Master / Bachelor degree from a recognized university in MBA-IT / Computer Science. At least 02 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in use of IT and MS Office (MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) is essentially required.
Verification Officer Master / Bachelor degree from a recognized university in MBA-IT / Computer Science. At least 02 years of progressively advanced work experience in the role of socio-economic evaluations of individuals/households. Proficiency in use of IT and MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Experience of working on an ERP/HMIS/MIS platform will be preferred
IT Officer Master / Bachelor in Computer Science/ equivalent from a recognized university/ institute. At least 02 years of experience in IT industry. Managing ERPs, software development, customization and experience of business intelligence tools platform will be given preference. Experience in the Public Sector Development Program will be given preference.
Assistant to DG Bachelor degree from a recognized university/ institute. At least 02 years of work experience in file/record handling, working knowledge of MS office suit particularly MS Office, Excel and Power point is essentially required. Experience in the Public Sector Development Program will be given preference.
Research Officer Bachelor degree from a recognized university/ institute in statistics or mathematics. At least 02 years of work experience in statistical data collection. Working experience in STATA/SPSS or any other statistical software will be preferred. Experience in the Public Sector Development Program will have added advantage.
Driver (i)Primary Certificate (ii)Valid driving license holder Well versed in Traffic Rules.
