Applications are invited for different vacant positions under various development Projects from suitable candidates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / Merged Area within 15 days of issuance of this advertisement as per Government Project Policy, full filling the conditions/criteria as given against each post.

I) Project Title: Public Policy & Social Protection Reforms Unit

Name of Position Criteria / Required Qualification and Experience 
Computer Analyst Qualification: Master’s Degree in Computer Science/IT.
Experience: 5 years’ experience in development of software, MIS management, and other relevant trades.
Age: Max. 40 Years
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer Qualification: Master Degree in Economic, Statistics, MBA or in Development Studies
Experience:  5 years experience in the field of Planning, Management and
Finance.  etc  and  also  have  an  experience  in  Social  Protection,  their implementation  procedure,  proxy  means  testing,  M&E,  analytical  report
writing.
Age: Max 40 Years
Computer Operator Qualification: Bachelor degree or equivalent in computer science /information technology with typing speed 35 w.e.f or BA/BSC with one year computer diploma from the recognized institute with typing speed of 35 W.P.M.
Experience: 2  years  relevant  experience  with  proficiency  in  MS-Office 
Age: Max 35 years

II) Project Title: Monitoring & Evaluation System in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Name of Position Criteria / Required Qualification and Experience 
GIS Analyst  Qualification: M.Sc in GIS/RS (02 Years Course) from HEC recognized Pakistani or Foreign University.
Experience: 5 years minimum experience of GIS/Remote Sensing related Projects/Organization in public or Private Sector in Project of Monitoring, GIS/RS Database development and practical hand GIS related Software’s in
KP/Merged areas.
Age: Max. 40 Years
GIS Technician Qualification: MIT/GIS/MCS/MBA (IT), MSc, or BSc/BCS in Computer Science with one year post graduate Diploma in GIS/RS from HEC Recognized  University.
Experience: at least 02 years work experience in public/private departments in Pakistan experience of projects monitoring, GIS/RS Database development and practical hand on GIS related softwares.
Age: Max 40 Years
Office Assistant Qualification: Bachelor degree from HEC recognized university.
Experience: 2 years relevant experience in public or private sectors.
Age: Max 40 years

III) Project Title: China Pakistan Economic Corridor Cell

Name of Position Criteria / Required Qualification and Experience 
Research Officer Qualification: At least Master degree in Social Sciences or Business/Public Administration or BSc Engineering.
Experience: Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in
reputed department/organization.
Age: Max. 40 years
Computer Operator Qualification: At least Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or Bachelor of Arts /BSC with One Year Diploma in Information Technology.
Experience: Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in reputed department/organization.
Age: Max. 50 years
Account Assistant Qualification: At least Bachelor degree in Business Administration or B.Com.
Experience: Minimum two years of relevant professional experience in reputed department/organization.
Age: Max. 30 years

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. incomplete/incorrect/late submitted forms will not be entertained. In case of any deficient, false or misleading information based applications, will be cancelled/dropped at any stage during or after the selection process.
  2. Separate application form is to be submitted for each post
  3. Eligible candidate must take print out of their electronic roll number slip (having picture) from CTSP website for appearing in the test.
  4. The candidates obtaining 60% and above marks in screening test (CTSP written Test) shall stand qualified/eligible and will serve for onward process of shortlisting. Further process will be completed as per standing project policy.
  5. The Competent Authority has the right to increase / decrease or cancel all or any of the posts at any stage without assigning any reason.
  6. Employees of Government / Semi Government Departments/ Organizations are required to apply through proper channel.
  7. No TA/DA is admissible on account of attending test/interviews

  2. Name of the Project alongwith post applied for must be written on top of the courier service envelope.
  3. Complete Application form duly filled (along with test fee slip (CTSP COPY), 3 recent color photographs, a copy of CNIC and attested copies of all academic, professional & experience certificates) may be send through courier service (only) to CTSP Headquarters Office Plot #140, Street 9, Sector I-10/3, Industrial Area, Islamabad.
