The Peshawar Institute of Cardiology-Medical Teaching Institution invites job applications for the following vacant posts for appointment on contract basis.

Post	Qualification & Experience required
Assistant Manager ICT	• MCS / MIT/ BCS / BIT (4 years) or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized university; Preference will be given to candidate having healthcare background. International certifications in relevant IT technologies will be an added advantage. • 3 Years’ of relevant experience with a reputable public or private sector organization(s). • Additional requirements are an ability to do strategic planning, ability to stick to deadlines, sound knowledge of latest hardware and network technologies, cloud-based technology, operating systems, virtualization, data backups and recovery, system & network security, troubleshooting and software licensing.
HVAC Engineer	• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering from recognized institution duly registered with PEC. • 5 years of experience in relevant field in a public or private sector organization(s).
Computer Operator	• BCS / BIT or Bachelor with Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized university and Technical Board KP; Preference will be given to candidate with healthcare background. • 3 Years’ of experience with a reputable public or private sector organization(s). • Preference will be given to candidates having good knowledge of operating systems, software installation, hardware and network.
Electrical Sub-Engineer	• Diploma in Associate Engineering (electrical/electronic) from recognized board. • 3 years of experience in electrical/electronic field in a public sector organization(s). • Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in healthcare and having basic know how of computer use.
HVAC Technician	• Diploma in Refrigeration / Air conditioning or Certificate G1/G2/G3 or both from recognized Technical board. • 2 Years’ of relevant experience in public or private sector organization(s).
House Keeping Supervisor	• Intermediate from a recognized Board or equivalent. • 3 Years’ of experience in relevant field; Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in healthcare.
Audiovisual Technician	• Intermediate or equivalent qualification from recognized board. • 2 Years’ of experience in relevant field, preferably in a reputed public or private sector organization(s). • Must have sound knowledge of audiovisual, PA System and multimedia equipment also having good knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office application.
Medical Gases Technician	• Matriculation qualification from a recognized Board or equivalent. • 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in reputed public or private sector hospitals.
Hardware Technician	• Matriculation qualification from recognized board; Preference will be given to candidate with healthcare background. • 3 Years’ of relevant hands on expertise in hardware and network equipment installation and implementation with a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
Electrician	• Matriculation or equivalent qualification with certificate in electrical from recognized board & institutions. • 2 Years’ relevant experience, preferably in a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
Plumber	• Matriculation or equivalent qualification from recognized board. • 2 Years’ relevant experience, preferably in a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
Sanitary/Gas fitter	• Matriculation or equivalent qualification from recognized board. • 3 Years’ relevant experience, preferably in a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
Tube well operator	• Matriculation or equivalent qualification from recognized board. • 2 Years’ relevant experience, preferably in a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
Masson	• Matriculation or equivalent qualification from recognized board. • 3 Years’ of relevant experience, preferably in a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
Lift Operator	• Matriculation or equivalent qualification from recognized board. • Preference will be given to candidate having electrical/mechanical background.
Generator Operator	• Matriculation or equivalent qualification from recognized board. Preference will be given to candidates having basic electrical background. • 3 Years’ relevant experience, preferably in a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
Carpenter	• Preferably literate. • 3 Years’ relevant experience, preferably in a reputable public or private sector organization(s).
Gardener	• Preferably literate • 3 Years’ relevant experience, preferably in a reputable public or private sector organization(s).

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

The service will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical and Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015 including its amendments and Regulations of the institution.
Candidates should be eligible in all respect by the last date of receipt of the applications.
Incomplete applications, applications received without processing fee and after due dates will not be entertained.
Only short-listed candidates will be contacted through SMS/Call or on email.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
In case of appointment the candidate will become a full time, institutional employee and will have to resign from his existing employment with any other entity local or abroad, including, but not limited to civil service of the Government.
Candidate will be disqualified if found of any perjury in his/her documentation/credentials at any stage of the process or employment.
The institution reserves the right to decrease or increase the positions or revoke the hiring process on any stage.
A candidate intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post.
