- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle calls/receipts/invoices/payments from the customers as per KPIs and solve their issues regarding billing and maintain records through data entry and filing.

ASSOCIATE ENGINEER( TRANSMISSION )
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Perform in-house cabling, ducting, wiring.
- Installation of ONT, UPS and router in customer premises.
- Perform assigned task on DCs, & NAPs.
- Lay Optical Fiber cable from NAP to customer premises and pulling cable in underground ducts.
- Assist in the splicing, termination and testing of optical fiber cable
