Applications are invited from suitable candidates (Pakistani National) for the following positions on contract basis for the period of 2 years under the Project “Strengthening of Planning & Monitoring Unit in Ministry of Law and Justice, Islamabad”:-

| Director Planning (PPS-10) | i. MS/M.Phil. in Business Administration/ Management/ Project Management from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 07 years experience in the field of Planning, Development and Appraisal of Projects. PSDP experience will be preferred. “OR” ii. Master Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Project Management from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 09 years experience in the field of Planning, Development and Appraisal of Projects. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| Director Monitoring and Evaluation (PPS-10) | i. MS/M.Phil. in Business Administration/ Management/ Project Management from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 07 years experience in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects. PSDP experience will be preferred. “OR” ii. | Senior Planning Officer (PPS-9) | 16 years of education in Business Administration/ Management/Economics/ Statistics/ Engineering Management / Project Management from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 05 years experience in the field of Planning, Development and Appraisal of Projects. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (PPS-9) |
16 years of education in Business Administration/ Management/Economics/ Statistics/ Engineering Management / Project Management from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 05 years experience in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| Infrastructure Expert (PPS-9) | 16 years of education in Civil/ Architecture/ Designing Engineering from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 05 years experience in the field of Building/Designing of Infrastructure Project. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| Financial/ Economic Specialist (PPS-9) | 16 years of education in Finance/ Economics/ Statistics from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University or certified CA/ACCA/CMA with 05 years experience in the field of Project Financial and Economic Appraisal. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| MIS Specialist (PPS-8) | MS in Software Engineering/ Information Technology/ or equivalent to 16 years of education in similar degree from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 05 years experience in the relevant field including Web & Software development with government, donner, NGO will be preferred. |
| Project Appraisal Specialist (PPS-8) |
16 years of education in Business Administration/ Management/ Engineering/ Project Management from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 05 years experience in the field of Project Appraisal. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| Procurement Expert (PPS-8) | 16 years of education in Business Administration/ Management/ Engineering/ Project Management from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 05 years experience in the field of procurement and procurement Management. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (PPS-7) | 16 years of education in Business Administration/ Management/Economics/ Statistics/ Engineering Management/ Project Management from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 03 years experience in the field of Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| Admin & Accounts Officer (PPS-7) | 16 years of education in Business Administration (Finance) / Commerce/ Finance/ Economics and Accounts from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 03 years experience in the field of Admin & Accounts of projects. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| Technical Assistant (PPS-6) | 14 years of education in Business Administration/ Management/ Technology or relevant field from HEC recognized Degree Awarding Institute/University with 03 years’ experience. PSDP experience will be preferred. |
| Computer Operator (PPS-5) | Graduate with one-year diploma/certificate in computer application/ IT with 02 years’ experience. |
| Staff Car Driver (PPS-2) | Middle with valid LTV/HTV driving license and well versed with the traffic rules. |
| Dispatch Rider (PPS-2) | Matric with valid driving license (Bike) and well versed with the traffic rules. |
| Office Boy (PPS-2) | Middle having experience in office work. |
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Candidate can download Application form from Ministry of Law and Justice website and submit duly filled Application form along with attested copies of documents as
- Applications complete in all aspects should reach the undersigned within 15 days.
- Incomplete application and applications received after close of office hours on the last date for submission of application shall not be entertained.
- Candidates will have to produce original certificate(s) at the time of test /interview.
- The concession of 5 years general relaxation in upper age limit has been clubbed with the maximum age limit of the aforementioned posts.
- Candidates in Government Service may apply Through Proper Channel.
- The department reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- The department reserves the right to reject any or all the application received for the position without assigning any reason thereof.
- Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible to candidate.
