HOSPITAL DIRECTOR FOR MTI DIK

Qualifications & experience

  • Recognized Medical Degree in Hospital Management or Health Service Management or Business Management, Public Health or Public Administration or any other relevant management qualifications and having at least (07) year experience of management in an organization or an institution.
  • A person who possesses a recognized medical degree may also apply for the post of H.D with the condition that he shall have an additional management degree & experience of management in an organization or an institute mentioned above and shall have no right to do private practice.

 Job description

  • To act as Principal accounting Office responsible for financial discipline an transparency. All Non-Clinical functions of the institution including preparation of annual budget business plan maintenance of building and engineering services, all ancillary services, including but no limited to pharmacy, Nursing, supply Chain management, human resource! communication, security services.
  • For implementation and execution of Boar policies to achieve the targets set the Board. Any other function assigned by the Board.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR FOR MMM TEACHING HOSPITAL

Qualifications & experience

  • Recognized Medical Degree & with management or administrative experience in management position in a health Institution or organization.
  • Must be eligible for appointment as faculty Member with FCPS or equivalent degree, shall fulfill the requirement of CPSP supervisor including
  • Workshops & other requisite for Professor or Associate Professor according to PMDC criteria and shall not be limited to the term applicable to the office of the MD.
  • Applicant should have a record of excellence in clinical care and have at least three years experience in leading a major hospital clinical unit in any clinical discipline including but not limited to Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Radiology, Pathology or any of its subspecialties.

Qualifications & experience

CA, ICMAP certification or have a Master degree in Finance or Accounts with 10 years’ post qualification experience in Finance and/or Account in a major private or public organization/ Institution

Job description

  • Will co-ordinate and supervise all financial/ accounting management of the Institutions.
  • Will advise the Hospital and Medical Directors and the Dean on all financial matters, ensuring transparency and fiscal probity.
  • Will ensure that all the accounts are kept according to the rules and regulations.
  • Will prepare an annual financial report for approval of the Hospital and Medical Director and the Dean and present the approved annual report to the Board.
  • Will ensure facilitation of any external audit of the accounts instituted by the Board or Govt. and implement the recommendations of the Audit.
  • Shall be responsible to the Board and will attend Board meeting as and when required.

 NURSING DIRECTOR

Qualifications/Experience

Qualified Nurse with n advance degree in Nursing 0(B.sc Nursing) having current Nursing Council Registration preferably M.sc Nursing/MPH/MA with at least seven years administrative & Teaching experience in a reputable Health Care Facility.

 Main Responsibilities

  • The Nursing Director shall be responsible for all Nursing functions including training of Nursing, ensuring adequate Nursing staffing for all clinical need, and maintaining the highest Nursing standard and performing regular audits of Nursing functions.
  • She/he shall be responsible to the Board.
  • She/he shall not have any conflict of interest with such a position.
  • She/he shall perform such other functions as may prescribed by the Board.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:-

  1. The positions of Hospital & Medical Directors shall be filled for a period of five years and the other shall be filled for period of 03 years and may be eligible for re-appointment on such terms and conditions as the Board may determine.
  2. Selection will be made by Selection Committee constituted by the Board and the appointment will be made by the Board of Governors.
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview by the Selection committee.
  4. No T.A is allowed for interview and joining the post after appointment.
