FPSC invites applications against following fixed term positions, purely on Contract Basis, for a PSDP funded project initially for 01 Year and extendable on satisfactory performance for another year or till completion of project, whichever is earlier:-

Name of Post: CONSULTANT-I (PPS-10) (EQUIVALENT TO BPS-20)

No of Post: 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. Ph.D/M.Phil/Master’s degree in any of the Education related discipline OR Assessment & Policy Planning/ Quality Management/ Demography & Population Studies/ Development Studies or equivalent from indigenous/ foreign institute/ university recognized by NEC.
  2. Must have at least 17 years post-qualification experience in educational consultancy/ curriculum development/ developing format for question data banks/ or allied field (In case of M.Phil, two years and for Ph.D four years post qualification experience is relaxable).
  3. Association with planning, implementation and management of projects related to quality education (Policy, curriculum development, Assessment) at higher level.
  4. Understanding of HEC curriculum and its scheme of study and Assessment plan.
  5. Thorough knowledge of commonly used software packages for data collection, its analysis and consolidation plans.

Pay / Package:- Lump sum Rs. 250,0001- per month

 

Name of Post:- CONSULTANT-II NATURAL SCIENCES (PPS-8) (EQUIVALENT TO BPS-18)

No of Post:- 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. Ph.D/M.Phil/Master’s degree in any discipline of Natural Sciences from indigenous/ foreign institute/university recognized by HEC.
  2. Must have at least 5 years post-qualification experience in educational consultancy/ curriculum development/ developing format for question databanks/ or allied field (In case of M.Phil, two years and for Ph.D four years post qualification experience is relaxable).
  3. Association with planning, implementation and management of projects related to quality education (Policy, curriculum development, Assessment) of degree level subjects in Natural sciences.
  4. Understanding of HEC curriculum and its scheme of study and Assessment plan.
  5. Thorough knowledge of commonly used software packages for data collections, its analysis and consolidation plans.

Pay / Package:- Lump sum Rs. 125,0001-per month

 

Name of Post:- CONSULTANT-II SOCIAL SCIENCES (PPS-8) (EQUIVALENT TO BPS-18)

No of Post:- 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. Ph.D/M.Phil/Master’s degree in any discipline of Natural Sciences from indigenous/ foreign institute/university recognized by HEC.

Name of Post:- PROJECT MANAGER (PPS-9) (EQUIVALENT TO BPS-19)

No of Post:- 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. Masters in Computer Science/IT or Project Management or equivalent from indigenous/foreign institute/university recognized by HEC.
  2. At least 12 years post qualification experience of handling large scale IT related projects involving distributed systems/cloud based environment, proven experience in project management, strong understanding of formal project management methodologies etc.
  3. In case of M.Phil, two years and for Ph.D four years post qualification experience is relaxable.

Pay / Package:- Lump sum Rs. 175,000/- per month

 

Name of Post:- ACCOUNTS/ DDO/ ADMIN OFFICER (PPS-7) (EQUIVALENT TO BPS-17)

No of Post:- 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. M.B.A/M.Com or B.Com/B.S. Finance Hons. or equivalent from a reputed foreign or HEC recognized institute/university with 01 year of experience of dealing of public sector financial/ administrative matters OR B.A./B.Sc. with minimum 05 years of relevant experience of working in public sector in connection with financial/administrative matters and budget payment as per PPRA rules.
  2. In case of MPhil, two years and for Ph.D four years post qualification experience is relaxable.

Pay / Package:- Lump sum Rs. 90,000/-per month

 

Name of Post:- INFORMATION SECURITY OFFICER (PPS-8) (EQUIVALENT TO BPS-18)

No of Post:- 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. Masters in Computer Science/IT or Project Management or equivalent from indigenous/foreign institute/university recognized by HEC.
  2. At least 05 years post qualification experience of developing, implementing and securing of IT Infrastructure. Detailed technical knowledge of database, operating system security, Next Generation Firewalls, intrusion detection & prevention systems, anti- malware, authentication systems log management, content filtering, cryptography etc.
  3. In case of M.Phil, two years and for Ph.D four years post qualification experience is relaxable.

Pay / Package:- Lump sum Rs. 125,000/-per month

 

Name of Post:- DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (PPS-8) (EQUIVALENT TO BPS-18)

No of Post: 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. Masters in Computer Science/IT or Project Management or equivalent from indigenous/foreign institute/university recognized by HEC.
  2. At least 05 years post qualification experience as a Database administrator. Hands-on experience with database standards/Big Data and end user applications. Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity of database. Data Loss Prevention. Familiarity with database design, documentation, implementation and SAN.
  3. In case of M.Phil, two years and for Ph.D four years post qualification experience is relaxable.

Pay / Package:- Lump sum Rs. 125,000/- per month

 

Name of Post:- ASSISTANT (PPS-5)(EQUIVALENT TO BPS-14)

No of Pos: 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any subject from indigenous/foreign institute/university recognized by HEC.
  2. Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in the public sector affairs and accounting procedures.

Pay / Package:- Lump sum Rs. 40.000/- per month

 

Name of Post:- LDC (PPS-3) (EQUIVALENT TO BPS 9)

No of Post: 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. Intermediate in any subject .
  2. Minimum 01 year of relevant experience in the public sector.

Pay / Package:- Lump sum Rs. 25,000/- per month

 

Name of Post:- NAIB QASID (PPS-1) (EQUIVALENT TO BPS 1)

No of Post: 01

Qualification/Experience:-

  1. Middle/primary. 
  2. Domicile Local i.e. Islamabad.

Pay / Package:- Lump sum Rs. 16.000/ – per month
