  • Sr Manager Dispatch & Docs: Bachelors Degree with min 12-15 years experience of Housing Society Dispatch Dept Preferably Retired May Major or Equivalent Rank of Armed Forces Officers.
  • Manager Data Centre: Bachelors Degree with min 12.15 years experience of Housing society Data Centre. Preferably Retired Army Capt a Equivalent Rank of Armed Faces Officers.
  • Manager Verification: MBA Finance with min 12-15 years of relevant experience. CRO: Bachelors Degree with min t-3 years relevant experience.

TOWN PLANNING

GM Town Planning: MSc/ BSc. (Town Flaming) with minimum 15.20 years of relevant experience as Senior Town Planner. At least 5 yeas of experience as Head of Town Planning in a reputed Housing Society/Metropolitan Area

DESIGN

GM Design Wing: BArch with minimum 15- 20 years of relevant experience. At least 5 years of experience as Head of Design Wing of a reputable Design House/Housing Society.

INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT

GM-Infra: B.E ChM Engineering with 15.20 years relevant Project Management experience. Preferably experience of working in infrastructure work of mega housing project

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

GM Construction: B.E Civil Engineering with 15-20 years experience preferably in Bullring Construction. Strong communication. people management skills and strong project management skills.

STRUCTURE

GM Structure: Master’s in Structural Engineering with 15-20 years of relevant experience. Strong communication, people management skills and strong project management skills

FINISHING

GM Finishing: B.E Civil Engineering with 15-20 years experience preferably in Building Construction & Finishing. Strong communication, people management skits and strong project management Wills.

DA/ QC

GM QA/ QC: B.E Civil Engineering with 10-15 years relevant experience of managing OAJOC Department of mega housing projects, excellent analytical and technical skills.

PURCHASE

GM Purchase: Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree with 12-15 yeas experience of Procurement/ Supply Chan for reputable housing society. Col. retired from Ordnance Corps Of Pak Army with good physical coition would be preferred.

STORE & TRANSPORT

GM Store & TPT: Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree with 12.15 years relevant experience of Warehouse Management in Construction industry. Cd. Retired from Pak Army with good physical condition would be preferred.

ADMIN & COORD

GM Admin & Coord: Bachelor’s Degree with 10-t5 years experience of Administration. Col. retired from Pak Army or Equivalent with good physical condition would be preferred.

PROJECT SECURITY

GM Project Security: Incumbent with 10-15 years experience of security management. Cd. retired tram Pak Any or Equivalent with good physical condition.

WORKSHOP

GM Workshop: 8.E Mechanical Engineering with 10.15 years relevant experience of repair and maintenance of H1V•LTV-Hydraubcs and all construction machinery.

INTERNAL AUDIT

GM Internal Audit CA/ CA (Fnatist) with 10-15 years relevant experience Ability to handle team. Can operate independently and in a team Preferably experience of working in a big construction setup.

GM ICT

GM ICT: KS/ BCS 12.15 years experience Ability to lead a team and effective time management skills. Process re-engineering of systems on large scale.
