The Islamia University of Bahawalpur intends to hire project staff for own sources development projects. Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the following posts:
Project 1: Establishment of Cut-flowers and Vegetables Production, Research and Training Cell
| Name of Position | Criteria / Required Qualification and Experience |
| Project Manager | PhD Horticulture with specialization in abiotic stress management in Vegetables/Flowers. Candidates with research/teaching experience will be preferred. OR An enrolled PhD Student working on abiotic stress management in Vegetables/Flowers. |
| Horticulturist | B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture. Preferably, an enrolled Graduate Students of IUB in the field of Horticulture |
| Social/Community Mobilizer | MA Social Work |
| Mali/Gardener | Literate with minimum 2-years experience in relevant field |
| Labor Men/Baildar | Literate |
Project 2: Installation of Micro-Irrigation Systems and Lawn-cum-Avenue Plantation

| Horticulturist | B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture. Preferably, an enrolled Graduate Students of IUB in the field of Horticulture |

How to Apply:
- The candidates have to submit applications along with attested copies of degrees, experience certificates, two recent size photographs, two copies of CNIC and to deposit Online in any branch of HBL in University Freedom Account Number: 14737900656803 on account of application processing fee in favour of the Treasurer, IUB and clearly mention the post on the deposit slip worth Rs. 2000/- for the posts of Sr. No. 1,2, 3, 6 and Rs. 500/- for the posts of Serial No. 4,5,7.

- Last Date for submission of the Applications: Applications complete in all aspects should reach the office of the Dr. Muhammad Rashid Shaheen, Project Director / Principal Investigator, Department of Horticultural Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Baghdad-ul-Jadeed Campus, The Islamia University of Bahawalpur till 5th October, 2020 via Registered Mail through Pakistan Post/Courier Service. Incomplete applications/ received after due date will not be entertained.
