A non-profit international humanitarian organization is seeking applications from potential candidates for the following positions:
District Field Supervisor (Quetta-1 Position,Noshki-2 Positions,Khuzdar-2 Positions & Muslim Bagh-1 Position)
Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor degree with minimum 05 years’ work experience with community based programs, preferably 02 years with TB DOTS awareness programs. H/she must have basic working knowledge of MS Office along with fluenc y in written and spoken English and local languages. Excellent comm unication skills are essential. The incumbent will be self-motivated and analytically capable individual and will be responsible for overall implementation of project activities in the assigned district in accordance with the project Operational Guidelines.
Field Supervisor – (01 Position) Killa Saifullah
Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor degree with minimum 03 years’ work experience with NG0s/INGOs with experience in Community mobilization; excellent communication skills and basic computer skills. The incumbent must be fluent in written and spoken English and Local languages.
Community Mobilizer – (02 Positions) Killa Saifullah
Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor degree with minimum 02 years’ work experience with NGOs/INGOs in the field of community mobilization. Excellent communication skills and basic computer skills are required. The incumbent must be fluent in written and spoken English and local languages. The incumbent will be responsible for overall implementation of project activities in assigned district in accordance with the operational guidelines.
Contact Screening – (02 Positions) Killa Saifullah

Lab. Technician – (02 Positions) Noshki
Required qualifications and experience: BSc Microbblogy / Medical Technology degree with minimum 2 Years’ work experience in Microbiology. Experience of basic principles, practices in the fields of microbiology, quality assurance procedures applicable to a Mycobacteriology. The incumbent must be fluent in written and spoken English and local language. The incumbent will be self-motivated and analytically capable individual and will be responsible for overall implementation of project activities in the assigned district in accordance with the project Operational Guidelines.
Project Assistant (02 Positions) Quetta
Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor in social sciences /B. Corn or equaling degree with minimum 02 years’ work experience in administrative and financ e preferably in NGO/INGO sector. Excellent computer skills are required. The incumbent will be support the project staff in compilation/preparation of payment/process expense reports and other project related documentation. S/He will work closely both wit h project management and support department (including finance, administration).
