Federal Directorate of Malaria Control (DoMC), Ministry of National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination (MoNHSRC), Islamabad has received funds from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) for use in the Mass Distribution of Long Lasting Insecticide-Treated Nets (LLINs) in Merged Areas, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The DOMC Invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for temporary project positions to implement the Mass Distribution of Long Lasting Insecticide-Treated Nets (LUNs) in Merged Areas, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. A summary of job details are published in the print media on Saturday, 14 November 2020 and detailed job descriptions are uploaded on organization website www.nto.govok/oreer/ and on the online job portal of Brightsprye.com.

Interested candidates may apply online by visiting website www.ntp.Rov.pk/career/ before or on the deadline for receiving applications of Friday 20 November at 05:00 PM (local time). Applications sent by courier or hand delivery or submitted after the deadline shall not be accepted.

Applicants shall create an account on the job portal on website www.nto.eov ok/career/; complete an application form; and upload one scanned document containing a signed application cover letter and updated Curriculum vitae (CV) with a maximum of five (05) pages.

Applicants should not be current employees of any Global Fund grant implementer at principle recipient (PR), sub-recipient (SR) or sub-sub-recipient level in either the public, private or non-government sector.

Temporary, non-staff, locum service contracts of two (02) to three (03) months shall be awarded to successful candidates after face-to-face interviews to be conducted in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applicants with current fulltime jobs are free to apply provided they are granted fulltime leave covering the duration of the locum contract and shall not be required to resign from their current full time jobs. Government employees must apply through proper channels.

Successful candidates are expected to report on duty not later than Monday, 30 November 2020 at 08:OOAM (local time). Human Resource &Training Coordinator Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent but with specialization in Human Resource management. Membership with any human resource management professional organization is an added advantage. 2-3 years of experience in managing human resource matters, 2-3 years of experience in managing administration related matters. Experience in managing trainings, plus certificate training in managing trainers of trainees is an added advantage. Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills. Project Manager Masters in Public Health, Business Administration, Project
Management, Social Sciences, Management Sciences or Equivalent, PRINCE2 certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage. 3-5 years of work experience In management of Project (s), preferably with tight deadlines and fixed completion dates, Experience in Mass Long Lasting Insecticide-tested Nets (LLINs) Campaign would be preferred, Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, Willing to Travel to field sites in the Merged Areas, KPK. Finance Officer Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Bachelors degree with specialization in Finance, Accounts, or Masters degree In Business Administration with specialization in Finance, Accounts or equivalent, or Finance certifications like CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification shall be accepted in lieu of a Master’s degree. Bachelors degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Database Management, Statistics, Epidemiology, Health informatics or equivalent, A relevant Master’s degree or professional certifications is an added advantage. 3 – 5 years’ experience in data management, validation and analysis is required. Proven experience of providing information management support; Proven and demonstrable knowledge and experience in statistics, data analysis and/or information management; Ability to use a logical and structured approach to collate, manage and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative information. A successful candidate with Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with relevant experience in data management shall be awarded the two (2) months contract. Other candidates shall be considered for the one (01) month contract.
Procurement, Transport and Logistics Officer (PTL Officer) Master’s degree in Procurement, Supply chain management, Business administration, public administration, Project management or Equivalent, Additional minimum of a diploma in procurement, supply chain management or certification in procurement, logistics, transportation or supply chain management certification is an absolute advantage, 3.5 years of relevant working experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain in a project environment, Working experience in Donor Funded Projects would be preferred, Experience in LUNs Mass Campaign would be preferred.
Procurement, Transport and Logistics Assistant Bachelors degree in Procurement, Supply chain management, Business administration, public administration, Project management or Equivalent, A diploma in procurement, supply chain management or Diploma level certification in procurement, logistics, transportation or supply chain management may be considered in lieu of the Bachelors degree, 2 -3 years of relevant working experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain in a project environment, Working experience in Donor Funded Projects would be preferred, Experience in LUNs Mass Campaign would be preferred.
Data Entry Operators  (DEO) Graduation or Diploma holders of Computer Sciences, Information technology, Health informatics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Statistics  or equivalent, Age limited not exceeding 40 years of age. 2 years’ experience in data management or work with a computer environment, Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office, Excellent computer typing skills to reach an average person speed of between 38 and 40 words per minute (WPM), Willingness to work long hours, under pressure to meet tight deadline that may include working on the weekend, Experience of working with any NCO/ Donor Funded shall be preferred.

Local residents having domicile and living status in the same district is mandatory, A candidate can only apply for one district post among the indicated districts.
