Online applications are invited from eligible candidates belonging to the Province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for recruitment to the following vacancies in Directorate of Labour, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Posts Detail:

Computer Operator	(I) Atleast Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology (BCS/BIT) four years or equivalent qualification from a recognized University; or (ii) At least Second-Class Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized University with one year Diplorna in Information Technology from a recognized Board of Technical Education
Junior Scale Stenographer	(I) Atleast Second Class Intermediate School Certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board; (ii) A speed Si fifty (50) words per minute in English shorthand and thirty five (35) words per minute in typing; and (iii) Six months certificate in Advance Office automation from a recognized Institute
Junior Clerk	(I) Atleast Second Class Intermediate school Certificate or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board; (ii) A speed of thirty (30) words per minute in typing; and (iii) Six months certificate in Advance Office automation from a recognized Institute.
Labour Inspector	i) Atleast Second Class Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized University; and (ii)Six months certificate in Advance Office automation from a recognized Institute.
Manual Assistant	I) At least Second Class Matriculate or equivalent qualification from a recognized board; and iii) Six months certificate in Advance Office automation from a recognized Institute.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will
be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.
Short listing will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA and only top 5 candidates per post in each zone/quota will be shortlisted.
ETEA Test Marks will be only for screening purpose and they shall not be count. in final selection.
Final Selection will be made as per Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procedure for Selection for Initial
Posts
All recruitments will be made on regular basis as per existing rules/policies of the Government of Khyber
Quotas reserved for minorities, persons with disabilities and females have been specified in the vacancies.
Experience’ certificate only issued under signature of the Head of Government Department or officer
authorized by him/her shall be accepted. The candidates applying under disability quota will be required to furnish recommendation of the Standing Medical Board and disability certificate at the time of interview. Candidates’ applying under minority’s quota will be required to furnish an affidavit to the effect that the candidate belongs to minorities.
Top five candidates in each Zone/Quota will be called for interview against one vacancy. Candidates qualifying screening tests will be informed for interview through Call Letter and SMS. All candidates are therefore advised not to change their mobile SIM or change number till finalization of the recruitment process, otherwise, the responsibility will rest upon them
Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.
Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.
Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Govt. Rules.
The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.
Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with assigning reason.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.
In case of foreign degree, equivalency certificates from HEC must be provided.
The number of posts can be increased/decreased.
Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY

Interested candidates may apply for the posts online.
After successful submission of online application, a prescribed UBL online deposit slip (having token number,
Project code 8, candidates’ personal information) will be generated.
Take a printout of the generated UBL deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) in any branch of UBL Bank at UBL OMNI agent, Easypaisa App or agent.
After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
After online apply, don’t send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
Availability of online Application Form on 14 FEBRUARY 2022.
Last date for submission of online Application is 28 FEBRUARY, 2022.
Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
Test Date, Time 8, Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
No separate Call Letter will be issued to candidates for screening test through postal courier.

NOTE/IMPORTANT:

Please keep your documents and passport size scanned picture (soft copy) with you at the time of online applies.
Read the instructions thoroughly before filling the online application form.
ETEA shall verify deposited fee at any stage. If your payment is not verified, your candidature shall be rejected. Fee deposited on someone’s else CNIC shall not be verified.
Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.
Keep the bank printed receipt safe with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
Applications of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not be rejected only, but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.
