Applications are invited from dynamic and qualified individuals for full filling the following requirements on annual hiring basis in Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department.
POSITION: 1. CORPORATE/COMMERCIAL LAWYER
SALARY: Handsome Salary/Remuneration
QUALIFICATION: CORPORATE/COMMERCIAL LAWYERS
At least 10 years’ standing as Corporate Lawyer
TERMS OF REFERENCE:
- Drafting, vetting of documents/instruments such as Contracts. Agreements, Deeds, MoUs, Trade agreements and Treaties etc.
- To tender legal advice on the matter incidental and ancillary thereto. according to national and International Laws.
POSITION:2. LAWYER/DRAFTSMAN
SALARY: Handsome Salary/Remuneration
QUALIFICATION: LAWYERS/DRAFTSMAN
At least 10 years’ experience in the relevant field
TERMS OF REFERENCE:
Drafting of legislation Bills i.e., Acts, Ordinances, By Laws, Rules, Regulations.
TERMS & CONDITION:
The above posts are on contract basis, initially for a period of One year, extendable for such further similar terms, as the Government Competent Authority may deem appropriate. on need basis.
