| Highway Engineers | B.Sc. Civil | 7 years’ relevant experience as HE in supervision of roads/ highways, |
| Structures Engineers | B.Sc. Civil | 7 years’ relevant experience as Structural Engineer in supervision of road/ highways structures |
| Bridge Engineer | B.Sc. Civil | 10 years’ relevant experience as bridge Engineer OR ARE in supervision of Bridges. |
