Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) intends to hire individual consultancy services against the following positions under National Social Protection Programme (NSPP) funded by World Bank, initially for a period of one year (extendable subject to satisfactory performance and requirements of the Programme):

| Procurement Specialist ( 01 Position) |
Qualification: 2nd Class Master’s degree in Management Sciences/Statistics/Economics/ or related field from reputable local HEC recognized institute / University or foreign institution. Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience within the development / social sector, governmental or in the private sector. |
| Information Security Specialist ( 01 Position) |
Qualification: A Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical, Communication), information Systems Management or related discipline; or equivalent from recognized institute/university. Experience: Minimum Four (4) years of experience working daily with network or host-based threat detection technologies. |
| Quality Assurance Coordinator ( 01 Position) |
Qualification: Minimum, 16 years of education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences CS (4 years) or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years direct work experience as software quality assurance engineer/lead. Two (2+) years development & database experience will be preferred. |
| Senior System Administrator (Linux) ( 01 Position) |
Qualification:2nd Class University Degree (16 years) OR Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Sciences or a related field from HEC recognized Institute/University. Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the relevant field |
| Network Security Specialist ( 01 Position) |
Qualification: 2nd Class University Degree (16 years) OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/LT/Engineering or a related field from HEC recognized Institute/University. Experience: At least 05 years’ experience in the relevant field. |
| WAN Specialist ( 01 Position) |
Qualification: 2nd Class University Degree (16 years) OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences/I.T or a related field from HEC recognized Institute/University. Experience: At least 10 years’ experience in the relevant field. |
| Senior Data Base Analyst ( 01 Position) |
Qualification: 2nd Class University Degree (16 years) OR Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in Computer Sciences or a related field from HEC recognized Institute/University. Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field. |
How to Apply:-

- Remuneration would be negotiable commensurating to qualification and experience of the candidate.
- Attention of prospective individuals is drawn to paragraph 1.9 of Consultants’ Selection Guidelines: whereby “Consultants shall not be hired for any assignment that would be in conflict with their prior or current obligations to other clients, or that may place them in a position of being unable to carry out the assignment in the best interest of Borrower”.
