Heavy Mechanical Complex Ltd. invites applications for the following posts on lumpsum pay package on contract basis initially for one year (Extendable on satisfactory performance).
Position | Qualification |
Project Manager (Business Development & Strategic Partnerships) (Post-02) | MS/MBA (Marketing / Project Management or Business Development) with minimum 15 years of relevant experience. -Ex-Army Officer to the Rank of Lt. Colonel / Colonel (psc) preferably done MBA. |
Manager (Admin & General Services) (Post-01) | MA / MSc / MBA with minimum of 10 years post qualification relevant experience. Candidate must be Ex. Army Officer to the rank of Major (Isc/isc). |
Dy. General Manager Engineering (Post-01) | BE / BSC Mechanical Engineering with a valid PEC registration alongwith minimum 15 years post qualification relevant experience in Heavy Engineering Industries. – Master in Contract Management alongwith aforesaid qualifications will be preferred. |
School Administrator (Post-01) | MA / MSc / MBA with minimum 15 years post qualification relevant experience of School Administration. – Ex-Army Officer to the Rank of Lt. Colonel preferably done MBA. |
Senior Academic Coordinator (Post-01) | B.Ed / M. Ed or relevant qualification with minimum 15 years post qualification experience with regards to curriculum development and management of academic matters. |
Assistant Manager (HR) (Post-01) | MBA (HRM) with minimum 5 years post qualification relevant experience in payroll & benefit administration in Heavy Engineering Industry. |
Assistant Manager (Networks) (Post-01) | Graduation / Master in Computer Science / Information Technology along with 3-5 years post qualification relevant experience of networking with CCNA/ CCNP Course. |
Assistant Manager (Software Development) (Post-01) |
Graduation in Software Engineering / Computer Science along with 3-4 years post qualification relevant experience. |
Assistant Manager (Software Quality Assurance) (Post-01) |
Graduation in Software Engineering / Computer Science along with 3-4 years post qualification relevant experience in testing and software quality assurance |
Assistant Manager (Business Development &Strategic Partnerships) (Post-02) |
Master Degree (Marketing / Project Management) with minimum of 5 years post qualification relevant experience. |
Supervisor Helpdesk (IT) (Post-01) | Graduate in IT with minimum 3 years of post-qualification relevant experience. |
Supervisor Warehouse / General Stores (Post-02) | BA / B.com / BBA (Finance with minimum 3 years of post qualification relevant experience of maintaining ware house/Stores. |
