The National Transmission and Despatch Company Limited (NTDC), incorporated under the Companies Ordinance 1984 (Now Companies Act, 2017), is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). NTDC is a Public Limited Company mandated under its license to manage all the properties, rights and assets, obligations and liabilities of 500 IW and 220 IN Grid Stations and Transmission Lines / Network.

Applications are invited from energetic & experienced candidates (Citizens of Pakistan & Ajk) to fill the following positions in NTDC on contract basis:

DEPUTY MANAGER (IT AUDITOR) (Pay-package)

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s degree from HEC recognized university in computer sciences.
CISA / CISM or equivalent certification.
At least 7 years’ information systems / information security audit experience is required.
Experience with highly complex, cross-functional and enterprise Information Systems will be preferred.

DEPUTY MANAGER (BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE) (Pay-package)

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Master’s degree from HEC recognized university in computer sciences.
Certification in BI Analytics/ Data Management will be preferred.
At least 7 years’ experience in a related technological field.
3+ Years of Business Intelligence / Analytics consulting and development experience.
Experience with highly complex, cross-functional and enterprise 61 solutions.

DEPUTY MANAGER (DATABASE MANAGEMENT) (Pay-package)

Qualification & Experience:

Minimum Master’s degree from HEC recognized university in computer sciences
Certification of Database admin. will be preferred.
At least 7 years’ experience in RDBMS / IMDB with Performance Tuning Experience / Databases.
Proven expertise in at least a few of the following mainstream databases: MySOL, PostgreSOL, Oracle, SOLite, Microsoft SOL Server.
Extensive experience in monitoring and managing databases, DB optimization, troubleshooting and problem solving.
Experience in enterprise-level Database Environment support.

ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY (Pay-package)

Qualification:

A member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants. OR
A member of a recognized body of Corporate/Chartered Secretaries. OR
A person holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce from a University recognized by NEC or a Law graduate from a university recognized by NEC. Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in corporate organizations out of which at least 3 years’ progressives’ experience of Company Secretary / Assistant Company Secretary position is a must. Additional relevant experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates with diversity of experience from both public and private sector will be given preference.
Well versed with Companies’ Law and SECP regulations. Strong knowledge of all Regulatory Affairs is mandatory requirement.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English language.
Strong IT Skills and must be proficient in use of Microsoft office, video conferencing applications etc.

Qualification.

Candidates must possess recognized-relevant-degree/equivalence by HEC.
Candidates awaitinq their result are not eligible to apply.
Photocopies of educational documents / experience certificates are not required at this stage.
Candidates are advised to deposit the test fee on the prescribed slip (to be downloaded with the NTS form) in the branches of designated banks as guided by NTS, as per following:
No. 01-18: Rs. 550/- (Rupees Five Hundred & fifty only)
No. 19 & 20: Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only)
Only short-listed candidates will be called for test / interview.
Original documents/degrees/certificates must be presented by the candidates at the time of interview.
Candidates may contact NTS for any query/enquiry regarding written test, display of provisional and final list of candidates, roll number slips, test centres, results etc.
Five (05) years age relaxation allowed by the Federal Government, if applicable, is already included in the prescribed age limit as per government policy.
Regular employees of NTDC, who have completed two (02) years continuous service on the closing date of receipt of applications are allowed up to ten (10) years relaxation in the prescribed age limit. However, they will not be eligible for the age relaxation mentioned at Sr. ‘x’ above.
Candidates applying against the Minority or Disability quota posts have to produce minority/disability certificate from concerned authority.
Positions at Sr. 01 to 07 & 13 to 19, are market competitive pay package based and the incumbents will not be regularized in service.
The BPS based positions at Sr. 08 to 12 & 20 will be considered for regularization in service after successful completion of the contract period and satisfactory performance as per rules.
Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect information shall be disqualified at any stage, even after employment, with cost.
Candidates, if selected, will be required to perform duties anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of the Company.
No TA / DA will be allowed to the candidates for Test or Interview.
