Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment against the posts of PSDP funded Projects re. “Human Rights Coordination and Monitoring Unit for National Mechanism for Reporting and Fallow-up Frame work” and -Establishment of Transgender Protection Centre (ETPC), Islamabad purely on contract basis on lump sum pay on merit basis.

Must computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel Power Point and Email |
| Deputy Director (Legal) | I. Law Graduate from a University recognized by Ii EC or from recognized International University, preferable LI.M in International Law ii. 05 years post qualification experience in the field of International Law or as practicing Advocate of High Court including drafting of Laws, Agreements, MoUs, Contracts and other legal instruments iii. Must computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Email |
| Deputy Director/ Project Manager | i. Master Degree at least 20d Division in Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, Project Management or equivalent qualification from a University recognized by NEC ii. OS years post qualification experience in the field of Human Rights and Project Management in Public or Private Organization III. Effective Communication and writing skills and computer competency, (this post is fixed for only transgender person) |
| Legislative Research Officer | I. Master in International Relations, Law or equivalent from a University recognized by NEC or from recognized International University, preferable LLM in International Law II. 02 years post qualification experience in the field of Legislative Research, International Law in the Federal and Provincial or any Public or Private Organization Ill. | IT Expert | i. Post Graduate Degree in IT Management, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or relevant Discipline ii. 02 years Experience in IT related Projects |
| Psychologist | i. MSC in Psychology or equivalent qualification froth a University recognized by HEC ii. 02 years post qualification Experience in applied / Clinical Psychology |
| Law Officer | i. LLB from HEC recognized University ii. Registered with Bar Council iii. 02 years post qualification Experience as practicing Lawyer. |
| Medical Staff/Nurse | I. Diploma in General Nursing II. One to two years Experience as Registered Nurse |
| Receptionist | 2nd Class or Grade “C” Bachelor |
| Driver | i. Middle /Matric from recognized Board. Matric will be preferred ii. 02 years Experience In LTV/HTV Driving in Public or Private Sector with valid Driving License and well versed in traffic Rules |
| Naib Qasid | i. Primary or Middle ii. Knowledge of cleaning procedures iii. Experience as caregiver to small children or elderly adults iv. Ability to read and follow instructions v. Ability to prepare meals and snakes vi. Knowledgeable of safety practices |
Terms and Conditions:-
- The Selection shall be made purely on merit and on contract basis for a period of one year extendable further on yearly basis till the completion of the project.
- Application on the given prescribed format should reach the undersigned within 15 days of the publication of advertisement.
- Only short listed candidates will be called for test/ interview. The candidates called for interview will have to bring original documents along with attested copies of testimonials /experience certificate.
- Applicant working in Government, Semi Government organizations or autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
- Separate application should be submitted for each post Name of the post should be clearly mentioned in application as well as on the Envelop. Applications that are incomplete or received after due date will not be entertained.
- The general age relaxation of 5 years and others in upper age limit would be granted as admissible under the rules.
- No TA/DA shall be admissible for interview or for joining the post.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason and cancel recruitment to any posts.
Note:- transgender will be given preference for the posts mentioned at S.No.3,6,7,8,9,10 and 11
