Applications are invited from suitable candidates (Pakistani national) for the following vacant positions available for 2 years on contract basis in the Strategic Policy Planning Cell (SPPC), placed within the National Security Division, Government of Pakistan:

Admin Officer (BS-17)	Qualification Minimum qualification Bachelor Degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university in Public Administration /Management Science/ law or related field. Experience Minimum 3-5 years experience in Administration matters in public or private sector. Must be computer fluent preferably with MS Office and Internet browsing.
Accounts Officer (BS-17)	Qualification Minimum qualification Bachelor Degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university in Accountancy, Business Administration / Finance / Commerce or related field. Experience Minimum 3-5 years experience in Accounts matters public or private sector. Must be computer fluent preferably with MS Office and Internet browsing.
Private Secretary (BS-17)	Qualification Minimum qualification Graduation Degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. Expertise/ Background 100/50 WPM speed in shorthand / typing respectively. Must be computer fluent preferably with MS Office and Internet browsing. Experience Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in public or private sector
Assistant Private Secretary (BS-16)	Qualification Minimum qualification Graduation Degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. Expertise / Background 100/50 WPM speed in shorthand / typing respectively. Must be computer fluent preferably with MS Office and internet browsing. Experience Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in public or private sector
Assistant (BS-I5)	Qualification Minimum qualification Graduation Degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. Expertise/ Background Experience of office matters in public/private sector. Must be computer fluent preferably with MS Office and internet browsing. . Experience Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in public or private sector
Dispatch Rider (BS-04)	Qualification Minimum qualification Matric from any Board Expertise/ Backlit-own/ Valid driving license of Motorcycle and Motor Car and well familiar with Islamabad / Rawalpindi localities.
Naib Qasid (BS-01)	Qualification Minimum qualification Primary from recognized institution. Expertise /Background Well aware in matters of office.

Terms and Conditions:

Five year General Age Relaxation has already been included in the Maximum Age Limit above.
Following age relaxation is available, subject to the provision of documentary evidence, to the category of candidate specified below:

Category of candidates	Age relaxation admissible
a) Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, recognized tribes of the Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan for all posts under the Federal Government b) Candidates belonging to Sindh (R) and Balochistan for posts in BPS-15 and below under the Federal Government	3 years 3 years
Released or Retired Officers/personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan	15 years or the number of years actually served in the Armed Forces of Pakistan, whichever is less.
Government servants and contract employees who have completed 2 years continuous Government service on closing’date for receipt of applications.	10 years, unto the age of 55 years.
Disabled persons for appointment to posts in BPS 15 and below	10 years
Widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who dies during service	05 years

Note^– If a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one categories specified above, he/she shall be allowed relaxation in age only in one category.

Provincial/regional quota will be observed as per rules.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts or stop the recruitment process before completion of the recruitment process.
These vacancies are purely on contract basis and the recruited staff will have no rights to claim for the permanent appointment in the future.
