Instructions:-

Recruitment against posts at Serial No. 01 to 09 and 12 shall be made through CTS.
Application form for posts at Serial No. 01 to 09 and 12, deposit slips are available online for free on CTS website
Candidate for the posts at Serial No. 01 to 09 and 12 submit with application Rs.400/- fee in favor of CTS online vide slip in any branch of UBL, MCB, Bank Islami and Alfalah Bank. Dispatch these applications directly to Central Testing Services, Office No. 414, Jeff Heights, Main Boulevard Gulberg III, Lahore.
Last date for submitting applications for posts at Serial No. 01 to 09 and 12 is 20-01-2020. Applications received late as well as incomplete ones shall not be processed. Applications being submitted under a certain quota will have to be clearly marked as to which quota the applicant has submitted an application for. Applicants submit separate applications if they wish to apply against different quotas. Test centre will be Bahawalnagar City.
Applications for posts at Serial No. 10, 11 and 13 be dispatched to the office of District & Sessions Judge, Bahawalnagar by the fixed date. Mention name of post and specific quota (if any) clearly on the right corner of the envelope.
Applications for posts at Serial No. 10, 11 and 13 will be received by hand/post in this office till 20-01-2021 during working hours. Applications received late shall be rejected. Application sent by fax shall not be acceptable.
20% of the posts at Serial No. 06 and 12 are reserved for the children of Scale No. 01 to 11 in-service and retired employees for which the candidate will have to provide his father’s service proof with the application. And it has to be mentioned clearly in the subject of application that it has been submitted under 20% quota. These applications will be received in this office by hand/post till 20-01-2021. The remainder ECQ quota against all posts at Serial No. 06 as well as the ECQ quota for the posts at Serial No. 12 has already been awarded.
20% of the posts at Serial No. 06 was reserved for the Scale No. 01 to 11 employees of this office which has already been granted through promotion.
5% posts are reserved for women (Note: For grade 4 posts, this quota shall not apply for the woman candidates)
2% quota is reserved for disabled persons.
5% of posts at Serial No. 01 and 06 are reserved for minorities (non-Muslims). Detail of quotas is mentioned against the relevant post.
The marks for additional qualification shall be as per recruitment policy.
The competent authority is authorized to increase or decrease seats.
Posts not fulfilling the quota standards shall be shifted in open merit.
General Relaxation in upper age limit shall not be granted. It shall rather be granted to those male (five years) and female candidates (eight years) whose age exceeds due to unusual circumstances that are beyond human control, with the condition they mention these circumstances in their application. However, the final decision in this regard shall be of recruitment committee

RULES & REGULATIONS

Applicant clearly mention in his application whether any relative of his is employed with the Civil and Sessions Court Bahawalnagar or not. If the applicant has any relative employed with the Civil and Sessions Court Bahawalnagar, he shall submit with the application an affidavit to the effect carrying the name of his relative as well as his designation. .
Interested candidates of government/semi-government departments/organizations route applications through their respective organizations or attach NOC.
Application must be supported with attested two recent photographs and copies of educational certificates, identity card and domicie. Bring original documents on the day of interview. Applications not meeting educational qualification as well as incomplete ones shall be rejected.
Neither TA/DA will be given to candidates coming for test or interfview nor any separate letter dispatched.
Authority reserves the right to short listing on the basis of merit.
All recruitment shall be done in the light of Government of Punjab Recruitment Policy 2004, Civil & Sessions Court Establishment Rules 2005 and in line with the policy of Lahore High Court Lahore.
Recruitment Committee reserves the right to reject all or partial results besides the right to revoke recruitment process at any time.

For posts at Serial No. 10, 11, 13 applications shall only be acceptable on prescribed form, which can be downloaded from the District Court website www.bahawalnagar.dc.lhc.gov.pk. Applications on plain paper shall not be acceptable and thus considered rejected. The upper age limit of candidates shall be considered in accordance with the required eligibility (age) as on 20-01-2021.
