Application are invited from eligible persons (Male & Female) for Hiring of following ‘Technical and Non Technical Staff’ for Establishment of SPU Organization in C&W Department.

Post Requirements
Manager (SPU) I Master Degree in Civil Engineering I Construction Management with minimum 17 years experience or BSC Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University with minimum 20 years post qualification experience in planning & Implementation of mega / complex engineering Projects and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as Professional Engineer (P.E)
ii. Master degree from Foreign recognized university 1 institute will be added advantage.
iii. PHD qualification will be added advantage.
iv. Should be a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
Deputy Manager (Architect) i. Master Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from any HEC recognized university I institute with minimum 12 years experience or Bachelor degree in Architecture with minimum 15 years public/ private sector experience in Planning & Designing and implementation of mega I Complex building Engineer Projects and registered with Pakistan Council of Architect & Town Planning (PCATP).
ii. Master degree from Foreign recognized university / institute will be added advantage.
 Hi. PHD qualification will be added advantage.
Deputy Manager (Building) i. Master Degree in Civil Engineering I Structure I Building Construction from any HEC recognized university I institute with minimum 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in Planning & Designing and implementation of mega Buildings Engineering Projects and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as Professional Engineer (P.E)
ii. Master degree from Foreign recognized university I institute will be added advantage.
Ili. PHD qualification will be added advantage.
Deputy Manager (Highway) i. Master Degree in Civil Engineering / Structure I Highway Transportation Engineering from any HEC recognized university / institute with minimum 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 15 years experience in Planning & Designing and implementation of mega Highway Engineering Works and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as Professional Engineer (P.E)
ii. Master degree from Foreign recognized university / institute will be added advantage.

Master Degree in Contract Management /Construction Management from any HEC recognized university / institute with minimum 7 years post qualification experience for PPP Projects planning, appraisal & implementation OR Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 years experience including five year PPP Projects. planning appraisal / implementation and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as Professional Engineer (P.E)

Senior Architect i. Master Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from any HEC recognized university / institute with minimum 7-years experience or Bachelor degree in Architecture with minimum 10 years public/ private sector experience in Planning & Designing and implementation of mega I Complex building Engineer Projects and registered with Pakistan Council of Architect & Town Planning (PCATP).

Assistant Architect i. Master Degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from any HEC recognized university / institute with minimum 1-year experience or Bachelor degree in Architecture with minimum 3-years public/ private sector experience in Planning & Designing and implementation of mega / Complex building Engineer Projects and registered with Pakistan Council of Architect & Town Planning (PCATP).

Draftsman (CAD) B Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from any HEC recognized university I institute with 8 years relevant experience as CAD draftsman OR diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 12-years’ experience as CAD draftsman 
Animator (CAD) i. Diploma in 3D work/Graphics Designing.
ii. 07+ years of post qualification experience in making 3D models.
iii. Complete knowledge of architectural and 3D softwares
Quantity Surveyor B Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from any HEC recognized university / institute with minimum 3 years relevant experience in quantity surveyor OR diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5-years experience in quantity survey.

i. BA/MA from HEC recognized University.
ii. 15+years of post qualification experience in public or private sector as Assistant or Private Secretary.
iii. Knowledge of MS office.
iv. Fluent in English, Urdu and Punjabi.
Computer Operator I. BA/MA from HEC recognized University.
ii. Diploma in Computer Proficiency.
iii. 10+years of post qualification experience in public or private sector as Computer Operator or Stenographer.
iv. Complete knowledge of MS office.
Photocopy Operator FA/FSc from recognized College.
Naib Qasid Matriculation certificate from Board.
Driver i. Matriculation certificate from Board.
ii. Holds a valid Driving License from Punjab.

NOTE

  1. The nature of posts (Technical & Non Technical) are temporary, non-transferable, job/post specific, non-pensionable & conferring no right for regularization. The said appointment will be initially for 01 years which can be extended upto project period with the approval of competent authority.
  2. In case the project period is reduced / enhanced contract appointment order may be amended accordingly with approval of competent authority.
  3. The recruitments will be made strictly on open merit in accordance with the rules, selection criteria and regardless of the gender approved by the Govt. of the Punjab Finance Department vide letter No.FD(C&W)4- 119/ 2020-21, dated 16.03.2021.
  4.   6. The two separate committees for hiring of Manager SPU & Officers / officials in SPU are already constituted by the competent authority. These committees will complete the hiring process for selection of Technical & Non Technical Posts, decide upon one candidate, among all the applicant(s) for the each designated post strictly in accordance with criteria / structure of SPU approved by the competent authority. According, to selection of the respective committees, offer letter to successful candidates will be issued by the C&W Department.
  7. The competent authority has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
  8. The selected candidates for the post with lump sum pay are not entitled for the benefit of any pay protection.
  9. No post falls under the quota reserved for Women, Minorities & Disabled persons.
