One (01) Deputy Treasurer (BPS-18) on Contract/Temporary (likely to become permanent) basis.
(i) A graduate with seven years experience of Audit and / or Accounts work in a Government or Semi-Government Department or a University, or
(ii) Assistant Accounts officer in a Government or Semi-Government Department with five years experience as such, or
(iii) S.A.S with ten years experience as such
AGE LIMIT: 21-50 Years
Forty Two (42) Junior Clerks (BPS-11) on Contract/Temporary (likely to become permanent) basis.
(i) Higher Secondary School Certificate (second division) from a recognized Board;
(ii) a speed of 25 words per minute of typing on computer in English, and
(iii) proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application and he shall demonstrate such proficiency.
AGE LIMIT: 18-25 Years (However, relaxation in age will be granted as per the policy of the Government)
One (01) Motor (Vehicle) Mechanic (BPS-05) on Contract/Temporary (likely to become permanent) basis.
(i) Matric with minimum 05 years of experience in the repairs and overhauling of patrol and diesel engines.
AGE LIMIT: 18-25 Years (However, relaxation in age will be granted as per the policy of the Government)
Instructions:-
- Applications are required in quadruplicate for the posts of Professor & Associate Professor, triplicate for the posts of Assistant Professor & Lecturer, duplicate for the post of Deputy Treasurer and single for Junior Clerk & Motor (Vehicle) Mechanic with attested copies of testimonials, certificates alongwith one recent attested passport size photograph.
- The applicants for every post shall deposit a non-refundable processing fee of Rs.4,000/-for the posts from Sr. No. 01 to 04, Rs.3,000/- for the post at Sr. No. 05, Rs.500/- for the post at Sr. No. 06 and Rs.300/- for the post at Sr. No. 07 in CUVAS BWP A/c # (17527901021503), IBAN # (PK34HABB00 17527901021503). Online deposit can be made in any branch of Habib Bank Limited in Pakistan by filling following information on the Deposit Slip: Name of the Candidate, Name of Post, CNIC of the Candidate & Name of Discipline
- Evidence of Fee deposit must be attached with application in original.
- Transaction reference number / ID should be clearly mentioned in supporting evidence in case of Internet / Mobile Banking.
- No application will be entertained without original deposit slip.
- Candidates applying for more than one post will have to submit separate processing fee for each post.
- Persons already employed in Government or other organizations should submit their applications through proper channel within due date. The requisite No Objection Certificate from present employer must reach in the Office of the Registrar before or on the last date for the receipt of applications, failing which such applications will be treated as rejected and no call for interview/test will be issued.
- All Government employees who intend to apply for the posts through proper channel shall clarify through the Heads of the attached departments that there is no pending inquiry / outstanding dues against them. Moreover, there are no adverse remarks in any of their annual confidential reports. These conditions are necessary for the grant of departmental permission certificate / No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- By hand/incomplete/late submission of applications will not be entertained.
- The candidates holding professional degrees must be recognized / registered by the relevant council.
- Acceptance letters for research papers will be considered valid for “eligibility of the candidate(s)” having the DOI numbers or research papers appearing on internet.
- The candidates applying for multiple posts are required to submit separate complete applications.
- The University reserves the right:
- not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reason.
- to short list the applications / candidates in accordance with the criteria to be determined by the Vice Chancellor.
- to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- Interview/test call letters will be issued only to the eligible/shortlisted candidates. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
- Candidates should clearly mention the name of applied position on the top right corner of envelope.
- Applications complete in all respect should reach at Cholistan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Near DHA, Bahawalpur latest by 30-10-2020 (Friday) during office hour via registered mail through Pakistan Post/courier services.
