08–POSTS – JUNIOR CLERK OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER, RAWALPINDI DIVISION, RAWALPINDI

30-POSTS – DEPUTY COMMISSIONER, REVENUE DEPARTMENT, DISTRICT CHAKWAL

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE: i) Higher Secondary School Certificate (second Division) from a recognized Board.

ii) A speed of 25 words per minute of typing on computer in English; and

iii) Proficient in Microsoft office or any other compatible office application and he shall demonstrate such proficiency.

AGE: Male: 18 to 25 + 5 = 30 years

Female: 18 to 25 + 8 = 33 years

Age & Sex of the Transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

GENDER: Male, Female & Transgender

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD): One paper MCQ type written test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration comprising questions on General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (Ethics for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Computer Skills.

NOTE: The candidates who qualify the written test will be called for typing test on computer and proficiency test in MS Office.

01–POST – ACCOUNTANT

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE: i) B.Com, BBA (second Division) from a

recognized University; and

ii) Two years’ experience as Accountant in Public Sector.

NOTE: Only practical experience shall be considered after prescribed qualification.

Male: 22 to 28 + 5 = 33 years

Female: 22 to 28 + 8 = 36 years

Age & Sex of the Transgender will be based on the contents of their CNIC.

GENDER: Male, Female & Transgender

DOMICILE: Rawalpindi Division Only

PLACE OF POSTING: Commissioner’s office, Rawalpindi

Syllabus:

One paper MCQ type Written Test of 100 marks and 90 minutes duration. The syllabus for Written Test is as under:

1. a) Qualification related questions
2. B.Com (40%)
3. BBA (40%)
4. b) General knowledge (20%) Including Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (Ethics for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, Everyday Science and Computer Studies.

07-POSTS – STENOGRAPHER

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE: i) Intermediate or equivalent qualification (Second Division) from a

recognized Board.

ii) A speed of 70 words per minute in shorthand in English & 35 words per minute in Type writing

GENDER: Male, Female & Transgender

DOMICILE: Candidates domiciled in any district of the province of Punjab

PLACE OF POSTING: District Chakwal

SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/ TEST (IF HELD): English Shorthand Test will be held at the speed of 70 words per minute and English Typing Test will be held at the speed of 35 words per minute on computer.
