 ASSISTANT MANAGER – MIS

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelors, preference will be given to Masters in me discipline of Computer Science. Business Administration and Public Administration from an HEC recognized University! Institute.

Experience:

Minimum 6 years experience out of which more than 2 years’ experience of MIS systems

Other Skills/ Expertise/ Knowledge Required.

Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • To set up and provide management/audit/regulators/Business Partners/etc information reports from HR systems including the interpretation / analyses of data in a timely manner
  • To update HR MIS system and review it for development improvements
  • To maintain and ensure HR Data base is updated and information related 10 staff are collected properly on time from field Man
  • To maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data
  • To liaison with stakeholders in acquiring information, tabulate the Information in system and provide MIS based on the information entered with data integrity and accuracy
  • To partner with the stakeholders to coordinate ongoing HR system improvements, upgrades, implementations, documentation and system testing
  • To provide adhoc reports as and when required with assurance of data integrity
  • To maintain record of all MIS related information submission
  • To submit information for risk, audit requirement

COMPENSATION ANALYST

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Minimum Bachelors preference will be given to Masters In the discipline of Computer Science. Business Administration and Public Administration from an HEC recognized University/ Institute

Experience:

Minimum 6 years experience out of which more than 2 years’ experience of MIS systems

Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • To conduct analysis on internal and external compensation structures, recommend and develop employee compensation structure.
  • To configure pay grades. evaluating lobs and ongoing management of compensation plans
  • To participate in salary and compensation market surveys to determine prevailing compensation, rewards and benefits best practices in market
  • To use venous methods and techniques to allow management to make informed decisions on died financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
  • To ensure that compensation practices are In compliance with current laws and regulations
  • To assess employees needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
  • To extract Data and generate MIS for as related activities
  • To maintain record of all compensation related policies, procedures and system implementation

WING HEAD HR RESEARCH 

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institute
  • Preference will be given to Masters degree in Human Resources from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institute

Experience:

Minimum 7 years Human Resources experience in a similar role in a bank/organization of good repute with at least 3 years in a Leadership role.

Outline of Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • To conduct research in Organizational Development and Change to bring forth the latest scholarly works and best practices in the field
  • To assist the HR Management Team in research mimed tasks for development of HR Strategy and actionable plans to develop systematic feedback mechanisms for evaluating policy impact and effectiveness
  • To assist HR Policies Wing in the Development of guidelines, processes and procedures for assigned functional areas to develop high impact presentations to dorm and influence key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and Leadership team
  • To create and conduct Employee Engagement and Employee Satisfaction surveys or any other research required err the development of HR analytics
  • To gather, analyze and interpret data gathered for HR research
  • To develop content for email announcement and miscellaneous HR circulars and memos
  • To facilitate HR learn in designing lob descriptions for internal and external placements
  • To create Organizational Effectiveness related communications for senior management and other stakeholders
  • To conduct evaluation of proposed HR program, policies, practices and activities

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Master / Bachelors Degree in graphic design or related field, IT, Compute Science and equivalent from a reputed HEC recognized University / institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as Graphic designer or in related field.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools including Photoshop and Illustrator etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Understanding o f Marketing, Production, Website Design, Corporate Identity product Packaging, Advertisement and Multimedia Design with preferred.

IT SUPPORT OFFICER

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

Master / Bachelors Degree in IT, Compute Science and equivalent from a reputed HEC recognized University / institution.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in IT System related support functions

WEB ADMINISTRATOR

Basic Eligibility Criteria

Academic / Professional Qualification:

  • Master/ Bachelor degree in IT, software, Engineering / Computer Sciences / MIS and equivalent degree from reputable HEC recognized University / Intuitions.
  • Preference will be given to the employees who have already performed Web Administration Activities

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in programming, training or systems software and support, which may include the use of web development tools and / or language such as HTML or JAVA
  • Experience must also include creating documentation and performing technical and user training.
