Intending candidates may apply online upto 21st December 2020 and for further details visit the BPSC’s Website. However, those applicants who do not have access to interne facility are allowed to submit their applications by hand or by post before the dosing date mentioned above.

I	Age will be calculated on the 1st January, 2021.
II	LOCAL/ DOMICILE CERTIFICATE: The candidate should submit local/domicile certificate of his/her district. A married female candidate not already in Government service and desires to apply on the basis of local/domicile certificate of her husband, should submit the local/domicile certificate of her husband containing her name. In case of in-service candidates, the local/domicile certificate endorsed in service record of department will be accepted.
III	The Government reserves the right not to fill any vacancy or to fill more or less than the number of vacancies announced by the Commission. ZONAL ALLOCATION: The zonal allocation of vacancies has been made in accordance with the Government of Baluchistan s Recruitment Policy of 1991.
IV	ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility of the candidates in terms of Recruitment Rules and the advertised conditions shall be determined after the conduct of Competitive Examination. On detailed scrutiny of the applications if they are found ineligible, their candidatures will be cancelled irrespective of the fact whether they have appeared in the examination or even qualified therein. On rejection of application of candidates on the basis of their ineligibility, the Commission would inform the applicants. The candidates should, therefore, make sure before applying that they are eligible in all respects for the post they have applied for.
V	VIVA VOCE That The written examination qualified candidates will be called for Viva Voce Test and the same would be containing the following: CURRENT AFFAIRS: For the last one or two months, important happening / issues which are highlighted in Press/ Electronic Media. GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: Related to Balochistan, Pakistan and International. ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS STUDIES: Islamic questions regarding day to day issues as Muslim and Period of Khulafa-e-Rashideen. However, a candidate belonging to other religion would be asked questions according to his/ her religion. PAKISTAN STuDiEs: From 1857 Till-date.
VI	The applicants who desire to submit their applications in this Office by hand they are required to submit one page application form , five recent photographs, Proforma of Optional Subjects alongwith Preference of Post Option .
VII	The candidates who apply on-line/submit their application form by hand are required to fill the application form carefully and choose Optional Papers Certificate annexed with the application form by indicating their optional subjects. Option of subjects once exercised shall be final and no change will be entertained. Application not Accompanied by Optional Paper Certificate shall liable to be rejected. Moreover, those candidates who apply on-line are not required to submit Hard Copy of application .
VIII	Incorrect/suppressed information in various columns of application form will render a candidate to be dissqualified

OUALIFICATION: Assistant Commissioner (B-17) Bachelor Degree from a recognized University. Section Officer(B-17) Bachelor Degree (Atleast 2nd Class) from a recognized University.
AGE LIMIT FOR Assistant Commissioner/Section Officer (B-17) Minimum (21) years and Maximum (28) years (on In January, 2021) and general upper age relaxation granted by the Government of Balochistan upto 43 years.
GENDER FOR AC/SO(B-17) Both Male and Female Citizens of Pakistan, Local/ Domiciled residents of Balochistan are eligible.
NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS: The numbers of attempts for serving and non-serving candidates are three (03). Those candidates who have already availed three chances of PCS Competitive Examination are not eligible.
EXAMINATION FEE: The candidates should deposit the Examination Fee Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) for each post in the State Bank/ National Bank or Government Treasury on prescribed provincial (green colour) Challan Form under the Head C-02101-Organ of State Examination Fee Balochistan Public Service Commission The candidates are also required to mention RCO/District-wise Code in Challan and the said codes are available on the official website of this Commission
TESTIMONIALS: The written portion qualified candidates are required to submit the following documents soon after announcement of the result .
a)	Duly verified copies of Matriculation to Final Academic Qualification Certificates/ Degrees alongwith Detail Marks Certificates from the concerned Board/ University.
b)	Duly verified copy of Local/ Domicile Certificate from the competent authority.
c)	Attested copy of Computerized National Identity Card.
d)	Original Treasury Challan of Examination Fee Rs.1000/- for each post (duly deposited) alongwith two photo copies.
e)	Five latest photographs (duly attested), bearing the name and parentage of the candidates.
f)	Three Character Certificates one from Head of Educational Institution last attended and two from different gazetted Officers not related to the applicant (for non-serving candidates).
g)	Departmental Permission Certificate from the competent authority (for in-service candidates).
LAST DATE FOR RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS IS 28th DECEMBER, 2020.CANVASSING IN ANY FORM OR MANNER WILL DISQUALIFY THE CANDIDATE.
